The innovative flavor of Fiesta Latina is made unique by the sugars of the blue agave. Not only does this beer taste great, it also offers numerous health benefits including a low glycemic index, natural probiotics, high soluble fiber content, and it is gluten-free.
Our beer is made with the finest hops from Germany and Czech Republic, carefully blended for a balanced and stable flavor profile. The German hops offer fruity and spicy aromas with floral notes, while the Czech hops add a smooth, earthy and spicy character. With this combination, we ensure a consistent flavor and foam in every sip of our beer.
Out yeast is sourced from the best producers of Ale in the UK.
We’ve scavenged around the world to find the best GLUTEN FREE source of yeast to complement our hops making the fruity and floral notes to stand out.
Water is a very important ingredient in beer, which is why Fiesta LATINA ensures its quality through a process of osmosis and UV light that allows us to maintain the same flavor in all of our batches.


OUR PROCESS

1.SELECTION
The brewing process of fiesta LATINA begins with the selection of the best Blue Agave. It takes from 5 to 7 years to reach optimal level of brix. For every plant we use, we produce around 120 bottles of beer.

2.SHATTERING
Once we trim the leaves from the agave. We shatter the «piñas» in order to get small pieces and make the extraction of the sugar easier.

3.OBTAINING THE AGAVE SUGARS
Agave Juice is deposited in a stainless steel tank in which the temperature serves to brake the chains and transform them into simple sugars.

4.BOILING
The agave juice is boiled, adding water and hops in order to achieve unique and contemporary taste.

5.FERMENTING
In this stage the yeast works together with the sugars to create aromas and produce alcohol.

6.MATURING
Once the fermentation is complete, the wort is allowed to rest for several days in order to accentuate the organoleptic properties of the product.
